I had purchase a 4:1 balun a couple of years ago and the connectors on the top of the balun were turning inside as well as outside so made it impossible to  tighten.

I sent a email to support at Buxcomm to see how I might be able to get inside to repair.

I was quite surprised to my answer to my email from Buc…

Within a couple of days my new balun came e Professional in the mail.  I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Buc at Buxcomm for your kind support.
